The 4K UHD Blu-ray edition includes Dolby Atmos and both the Blu-ray and the 4K Blu-ray's supplements include an audio commentary, bloopers, deleted scenes, and featurettes.

So far we haven't encountered any specific retailer exclusives, but we expect a Best Buy SteelBook and Target is likely to offer up another one of their book packages.
