The new mobile projector model has been revealed.
ZTE has detailed the latest addition to its portable projector lineup. The new Spro 2 is a Wi-Fi only Android mobile projector. The device now joins the previously released Spro 2 with LTE and Wi-Fi.
"We are excited to deliver a Wi-Fi only Spro 2 device for consumers who still want the flexibility it provides at home and at work, but may not want it added to a new or existing data plan," said Lixin Cheng, chairman and CEO of ZTE USA. "Collaborating with leading technology providers will enhance how consumers interact and use the Spro 2 in almost any situation."
The Spro 2 is capable of projecting 720p video at up to 120-inches and 200 lumens of brightness. The mobile projector also includes a 5-inch LCD touchscreen and features downloadable app support from the Google Play Store. In addition to Wi-Fi connectivity, the device also offers Bluetooth, HDMI, USB, microSD, and 16GB of internal storage. JBL audio technology is integrated as well, along with an internal 6300 mAh battery for 2.5 hours of projection time. Finally, the Spro 2 comes pre-loaded with the Sling TV app, allowing customers to subscribe to big-screen live TV and on-demand content while on the go.
ZTE's Spro 2 projector is now available for $549.98.
