Plex Updates iOS Media Streaming App

The iOS app has been completely redesigned. 

Plex has announced the release of an upgraded app for iOS users. The new app requires iOS 8.1 or higher.

Plex on iOS features Plex Home, premium music, full support for extras, and secure connections. In addition, the app includes free functionality for remote control use and camera roll flinging to any Plex player. Likewise, the updated app offers chapters for video files, improved media browsing, and integrated Rotten Tomatoes info. Finally, Plex has also incorporated its latest mobile sync technology, called Sync v2, which includes faster performance and partial sync support.
