The company's latest  AV gear lineup has been detailed.

Onkyo has unveiled the newest additions to its home audio collection. The new AV lineup includes the mid-range TX-NR757, TX-NR656, and TX-NR555 AV receivers, and the entry level TX-SR353 AV receiver.

The TX-NR757 is a 7.2 Channel Network AV Receiver with 180W of high current power and patented VLSC high frequency pulse noise removal technology. The receiver includes processing for lossless and Hi-Res Audio via a state-of-the-art AKM 384 kHz/32-bit D/A convertor. Multi-zone support and HDCP 2.2 compliant HDMI inputs with 60Hz UltraHD and Full HD playback with 4:4:4 color space and High Dynamic Range (HDR) support are integrated as well. Meanwhile, the TX-NR656 is a 7.2 Channel receiver with 170W/Ch, and the TX-NR555 is a 7.2-Channel receiver with 140W/Ch. Both models also offer HDCP 2.2 4K HDR support and include Google Cast, AirPlay, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity, along with noise free 32-bit D/A conversion with VLSC.

In addition, the TX-NR757, TX-NR656, TX-NR555 all feature Dolby Atmos decoding and are DTS:X ready. Likewise these three mid-range models will also offer support for Onkyo's upcoming FireConnect multi-room audio technology via a future firmware update. FireConnect is "a stable wireless protocol that sends any audio source connected to the receiver—from vinyl to streaming audio—to an optional Onkyo speaker or another FireConnect-compatible product in another room." Finally, Onkyo’s AccuReflex up-firing speaker calibration tech will also make its debut in these receivers, enabling a more accurate Dolby Atmos experience.

Beyond the company's mid-range lineup, Onkyo is also releasing the affordable TX-SR353 5.1-Channel AV Receiver with 4K video support (4K/60 Hz/HDR/4:4:4/HDCP 2.2) and decoding for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio.

The Onkyo TX-NR656 ($699), TX-NR555 ($599) and TX-SR353 ($399) will start shipping in mid April, and the TX-NR757 ($799) is set to arrive in May.
