Super Smash Bros. Wii U 3DS News

New stages and Mii costumes now available.

It's DLC time again for 'Smash Bros', and this might be one of the coolest additions to the game in some time. On the heels of the news that 'Super Mario Maker' is, deservedly, doing quite well for itself out in the world, comes the release of a special 'Super Mario Maker' stage in 'Super Smash Bros.'. If you're imagining a stage where the layout is random every time, and a giant hand comes out to mess with the layout every once in a while....you'd be absolutely right.

Thankfully, this time, it's not going to take a week to unlock everything. it's available right this second from the eShop, for $2.49 if you buy it for just WiiU or 3DS, $3.49 if you want to unlock it for both systems. That stage is also joined by another brand new one based on Tetra's pirate ship from 'Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker', as well as a half-dozen new Mii costumes, detailed in this video.

The Tetra stage is WiiU exclusive, and will cost you $1.99, while the Mii costumes are 99 cents a pop. You can check out more details on the official site.
