"game will not run with old Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 2DS systems."
Edmund McMillen's 'The Binding of Isaac' has been an indie sensation, and one that renewed its prominence when Nicalis brought the expanded 'The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth,' to the PS4 and Vita last year. And now, 'The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth' is coming to three more platforms. It's coming to both the Xbox One and Wii U, and interestingly enough, it's coming to the New 3DS. That's right, not unlike 'Xenoblade Chronicles 3D,' 'The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth' will be exclusive to the New 3DS and will not be playable on the old 3DS and 2DS systems.
The release date for these three is described as "next month."
