'Super Stardust Ultra' Announced for PS4

Supports 2-4 player split screen and co-op.

Make no mistake, the 'Super Stardust' series is a very big deal in certain communities, and thus today's announcement that a new game, 'Super Stardust Ultra' is coming to the PS4, is likewise a big deal. The new game includes nine different game modes, contains new planets, a visual upgrade, 2-4 player split screen and co-op, and new social challenge system built around friend's lists and global leaderboards.

The original game was developed by House Marque, but this new game is being produced by D3t and XDEV.

'Super Stardust Ultra' is due out on the PS4 in early 2015 and will be priced at $12.99.
