On of the biggest fish in PC gaming, 'Sid Meier's Civilization VI' hit PC last week, and with surprising quickness, Aspyr Media already has the Mac version ready to go. 'Civ VI' is available for Macs now through Steam (for $59.99) and through Amazon (for $47.99 with Prime) and will be available on the Apple Store soon.
One thing that is worth pointing out about the Steam Mac version is that it will eventually support cross-platform multiplayer. That means that Mac players will be able to take on PC players and vice versa. (This will come in patch in a timetable described as "soon.") This cross-platform support will not be available in the Apple Store version as that is a single player only experience.
Mac buyers will likely want to check out the minimum system requirements for 'Sid Meier's Civilization VI' prior to purchasing:
