Early Access owners will get it even cheaper.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment's 'Lego Worlds,' which is the company's answer to 'Minecraft,' is set to release in 2017, and the company will be launching at a competitive price point. The publisher announced that the game will cost $24.99 when it releases for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on February 21st. Those that purchase the game early on PC, via Steam Early Access, can get it for only $14.99.
"In 'Lego Worlds,' players will go on an exciting journey to become a Master Builder, in an open-world made completely of LEGO®-built environments," said TT Games' Head of Production Jonathan Smith. "Whether customising characters, exploring in vehicles, building structures, or discovering an expansive range of items, characters and creatures throughout the worlds, there’s the freedom to create anything imaginable."
The publisher also announced that the PlayStation 4 version of the game will receive DLC first. A 'Lego Agents' DLC pack, which will feature new characters, vehicles and weapons, will out on PS4 for 90 days until it becomes available on other platforms.
'Lego Worlds' is available now in Early Access on PC. It's set to fully launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on February 21st in North America and February 24th in Europe.
