DrinkBox Studios has announced that the new flavor of their lauded Metroidvania, 'Guacamelee!' is coming to new platforms with new content in the form of 'Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition.' The original 'Guacamelee!' is out on the PS3, Vita, and PC, but 'Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition' will see the game come to the PS4, Xbox One, 360 and Wii U. 'Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition' includes all of the original game's content, both the costume and Infierno DLC, and several bits of new content.
The new version has an "extra save slot, new costumes, creepy hanging dolls, two extra levels, new and improved enemies, another save slot, a new dimension-switching ability called 'Shadow Swap,' chicken egg bombs, an NPC with an impossibly large head, and a power called INTENSO."
'Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition' is priced at $14.99 and is due out on the PS4 July 1st and Xbox One, 360, and Wii U July 2nd.
