Six games currently available, with more to come

One of the best sites for DRM-free old-school PC gaming, GOG.com, has just introduced a new feature, allowing users who own a boxed copy of an old PC game to convert it into a DRM-free digital copy for the low, low cost of nothing.

Currently, the service is only available for 6 games--though the 'S.T.A.L.K.E.R.' series is among them--but GOG is planning to add more on a regular basis. In the meantime, if you've been wanting to give 'Shadow of Chernobyl' another go without having to bother with a disc ever again, now's your chance.
