Wrong file may have downloaded to many systems.
If you pre-ordered 'Fallout 4' for Xbox One, you may wanna go make sure you actually got the game sometime before Tuesday. Bethesda has issued a community post stating that many players may have gotten a placeholder file instead of the full game.
It's a pretty specific set of circumstances, fortunately. It applies only to folks who pre-ordered the game prior to October 27th, and went to the Xbox Store to download their copy manually, instead of letting the console's Instant On option take care of business. If that applies to you, don't fret, it's just a matter of uninstalling said placeholder, and reinstalling from the My Apps & Games section, under Ready To Install, instead of the Store. You just might want to do that before Tuesday, when everybody and their mom is trying to nab that and/or 'Rise of the Tomb Raider'. Or play 'Black Ops III'. Basically, time's a factor.
