Set the calendar for setlist support.
As part of on new fan-friendly update policy for 'Rock Band 4,' Harmonix has shared some details on the March update. This is isn't everything in bound. In fact, separate from the March update, North American support for the 'Rock Band 2' export (and 'Lego') is planned for next week.
The major highlights for March right now include more leaderboards fixes, more Rock Shop content, and some important fixes.
Here are the specifics:
Career Mode scores will now post to the Leaderboards! Show off your competitive spirit while you and your band tour the world!
New hair and hat options are coming to the Rock Shop, including the Pom-Pom Beanie and Winter Aviator seen above!
Repeated drum notes exploit has been removed! **
A big batch of bug fixes including:
Allowing the “Locked In” achievement/trophy to be attainable
Specific track note fixes/missing notes
Notes following Big Rock Endings are now counted towards your longest streak stat
Fixing issues with the Activity Feed for folks who have more than 30 friends Freestyle Guitar Solo toggle state will now save when the Xbox One is powered down
One item spread throughout this info involves a drum exploit that came out of the February update. Not only will that be fixed, but to be fair, the Drum, Pro Drum, and Band leaderboards will be reset.
More important than just about any of this March stuff, Harmonix is saying that the game will finally be getting setlist/playlist support in April! This is a much needed feature ensuring that people can play a few songs without getting stuck sifting through unwanted tracks.
