'Gears of War 4' Set to Be Play Anywhere- Buy Once for Xbox One & Windows 10

Today Microsoft confirmed that 'Gears of War 4' would be a Play Anywhere title. That measn one purchase nets the buyer both the Xbox One and Windows 10 versions.
And after showing off some stunning co-op action, it looks like a game worth owning on two platforms. Coming October 11th.
Also announced was a special 'Gears of War 4' Xbox Elite controller.
