Indie adventure game 'Oxenfree' is now available on Xbox One, Windows 10, and Steam, and the developers have published a launch trailer to show players what's in store for this debut game from a new studio.

'Oxenfree' is a thriller-inspired adventure game from Night School Studio, a developer made up of former employees of Telltale Games and Disney. The game features an adventure game format and hand-drawn art style, with a story-centric conversation system that should be familiar to longtime players of Telltale games.

'Oxenfree' takes place on a deserted island where teenagers have decided to throw a party, but the 80's high school aesthetic is soon disrupted by the ghosts of the island's past. You can see more of this tone shift from coming-of-age flick to horror thriller in the launch trailer below.
