Sony has announced what games PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive next month, and it includes a title that won multiple game of the year awards. The two PS4 titles in September are thatgamecompany's 'Journey,' and 'Lords of the Fallen,' an action RPG developed by Deck 13 Interactive. 'Journey' originally released on PS3 in 2012 and garnered widespread critical acclaim.
Meanwhile, PlayStation 3 owners will get Ubisoft's 'Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands' and Plastic Group's interactive play 'Datura.' Finally, the Vita games include mobile hit 'Badland' (which is also available on PS4 and PS3) and the visual novel 'Amnesia: Memories.' It's a solid month for all three platforms.

This marks the last month that PlayStation Plus will cost $49.99 per year, as it jumps $10 in price on September 22nd.
