One hour tonight in Clash for bragging rights.
After millions of hours have been logged in 'Destiny,' there's no shortage of players who claim to have exhausted the game of all content. But tonight, there is a challenge not yet faced by the community. Bungie is bringing in a team to compete in the game's Clash mode (6v6).
Apparently, Bungie team members and their legendary builds have been on sidelines since the launch, but now they are reader to take on all comers in the Crucible.
Starting tonight and continuing each week (on different playlists and platforms), the team will enter the Crucible, and those who can beat them will not only earn a unique emblem, but also 'The Sign of Opposing Will' nameplate.
Here's the tonight's time:
Clash
Thursday, September 18th
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM Pacific
PlayStation 4
To earn the emblem and nameplate, players will need to beat the Bungie players and post proof in this thread before noon Pacific time tomorrow. The rewards will then be handed out the next Tuesday in the Tower.
Here are some of the Bungie team that will be on tonight:
imtylerdurden Josh Hamrick, Senior Designer
CE_Wizard Jon Weisnewski, Designer
Thug Larz Lars Bakken, Design Lead
DeeJ BNG Yours Truly, Community Manager
…and alternates to be named at gametime.
