Really a win-win for current and future owners.
Housemarque's PS4 launch title 'Resogun' is coming to the PS3 and to the PlayStation Vita in less than three weeks. (Check out the review here.)
Starting December 23rd, PS3 and Vita owners will get to experience one of the most fun twin stick/shmup hybrids to date. These new versions have been developed by Climax, and the biggest specified change is a step down from 60fps to a locked 30fps. Otherwise these new versions are described as offering the dame features as the PS4 version. The Vita version sports both normal and touch controls and even has ad-hoc co-op.
Even better, the PS3 and Vita versions are cross save compatible with the PS4 version as well as cross buy, which means that all current PS4 'Resogun' owners will get the PS3 and Vita version for free. Otherwise these new versions will be priced at $14.99.
As great as this news is for 'Resogun' fans, Housemarque and Climax have more in store. Details for a new 'Resogun' expansion are expected soon.
