Post-Launch Plans and Season Pass for 'The Division' Detailed

Free updates for all players, as well as paid expansions.

Today, Ubisoft has revealed details for their post-launch plans and Season Pass for 'Tom Clancy's The Division'. The development team will be releasing multiple free updates to the game that add new functionality and features to keep the game fresh "such as challenging group-oriented operations to test players’ abilities in co-op mode and win unique rewards", as well as 3 paid expansions that will be available standalone or as part of the game's Season Pass. The three expansions which will be released over the course of the year are as follows:

"Expansion I: Underground
This first major expansion opens up a new area to players as they explore the uncharted underworld of New York City with up to 4 friends for intense co-op action

Expansion II: Survival
In this expansion, players will have to survive as long as possible in a very hostile environment that will challenge even the most talented agents.

Expansion III: Last Stand

Season pass owners will also get immediate access to the exclusive "Sawed-off Shotgun" sidearm, exclusive outfits and weapon skins, as well as access to special monthly benefits such as content drops and special events. The season pass will be included in the Gold Edition and Collector's Edition of the game.
