Both PC and Xbox patches detailed.
'Quantum Break's had a good launch so far sales-wise, and if you're playing on Xbox One, you probably had no serious problems. PC gamers, well, that's a whole other can o' worms. Remedy is already on the job however and in a massive forum post, they've gone into detail on what the situation is with the more common issues.
Most of the big stuff in the PC port--the lack of a Quit option, the juddering on high settings, the locked frame rate options--they're planning to patch up in a title update next month. That title update will also include the option to turn off film grain (which was one of the things that made both version of the game look kinda fugly in spots), and also fix a recurring problem in the Xbox One port where lights would suddenly strobe and flash for no good reason. Remedy states that completely exiting and entering the game again will clear that up for the time being.
For many of the other issues, though, well, the "dear lord, Universal Windows Platform is terrible" sentiment seems to still come into play. Many of the graphical issues are currently being ironed out between Remedy and AMD/NVIDIA, and, well, it's a wait-and-see proposition. It's nice to hear an extensive acknowledgement, and the issues are nowhere near as crippling as the 'Arkham Knight' situation was, but it still boggles the mind how this stuf gets out of testing.
You can read the full statement right here. For right now, though, folks who pre-ordered the game for either platform who might be looking to switch might be glad to hear the codes for whatever your "other" version is are going out as we speak. Be on the lookout.
