Just in time for the opening of HTC Vive preorders, HTC has announced launch prices for those not in the U.S. and threw one more app into the bundle to sweeten the pot.
Google's Tilt Brush application, which allows VR users to paint in 3-D space, will be included in the Vive preorder bundle, HTC announced today. Preorders for the VR kit go live tomorrow, February 29, at 10 a.m. Eastern (7 a.m. Pacific). Tilt Brush joins the two other applications already confirmed for the preorder bundle, the games 'Fantastic Contraption' and 'Job Simulator.'
Last week, HTC announced the Vive's $799 U.S. launch price, and now the company has revealed what the rest of the world will have to pony up to get in on the ground floor of this VR system. The kit will launch for US$899 in Australia, £689 in the U.K., €899 across the EU, and C$1149 in Canada. You can find the rest of the international pricing on the HTC Vive blog.
