Popular RPG available for 499 pennies right now.
Update: And it's gone...
Update: Due to an error, South Park: The Stick of Truth was listed on the US PS Store at an incorrect price. We apologize for the error.

The price is now $19.99. This author purchased yesterday at the $5 price, and it's been downloaded to one of of my PS3s already. Will update if that changes.
Right now, the popular Obsidian RPG, 'South Park: The Stick of Truth' is only $4.99 for the PS3 (that's at least 75% off, and it's through PSN).
The 'Stick of Truth' was billed as the first 'South Park' game with the actual serious involvement of the show's two creators and the consensus has been that game delivers on its promise of a 'South Park' premiere worthy story, enjoyable RPG mechanics, and true to the show animation.
From the High-Def Digest review:
"As an open world (or as open as the town of South Park can accommodate for), 'The Stick of Truth' is sure to satisfy even the most faithful and die-hard fans of the show. The places, the characters, and the creator's imagination are all lovingly rendered to present an experience that goes well beyond paying homage to the television show. It's likely you'll forget that you're actually playing a video game and not watching an extended version of any one of your favorite episodes."
