As I stated in the High-Def Digest review of 'Uncharted 4,' there are two other important PS4 exclusives. Those would be 'Bloodborne' (review here) and 'Until Dawn' (review here).

Today, both 'Bloodborne' and 'Until Dawn' on sale for $19.99 each. These are the disc versions of the game. (The digital versions are twice the price as of this writing.)

At $19.99 apiece, these excellent (but somewhat niche) games are almost cheap enough for anyone to take a gamble on. A love of Lovecraft or the occasional slasher flick would be helpful. For new PS4 owners, these are almost essentials at this price.
