HDD Gaming Deal of the Day: 'Demon's Souls' On the PS3

Even 'Dark Souls' players need to experience 'Demon's Souls.'

Make no mistake both the multiplatform 'Dark Souls' and its sequel 'Dark Souls II' are excellent, addictive games that are much loved here at High-Def Digest. The least amount of praise that can be directed at the series is that the games are worth playing. And yet, often lost of late is the forerunner, the PS3 only 'Demon's Souls.' Though much carried over to the other 'Souls' games, 'Demon's Souls' is full of its own unique systems, world layout, secrets, challenge.

Today, Amazon is offering the digital version of 'Demon's Souls' for only $10.99. Though the disc version is only $6 more, the only reason that this isn't a even better deal is because 'Demon's Souls' was featured as PS Plus game last year.

There's even been some persistent rumors that a new 'Demon's Souls' is being developed for the PS4.
