Happy times.
In what can only be considered happy and reasonable news, Capcom has confirmed that 'Street Fighter V' on the PS4 will support the use of PS3 controllers. This follows similar moves in other fighting games courtesy of the Lab Zero driver. Of course, players may find using a new controller a bit easier, since it will work in the PS4 UI. Still, countless owners of beloved PS3 ready fightsticks from various manufacturers (and homemade) can breathe a sigh of relief.
Capcom also took the opportunity to confirm another leaked detail. It seems that Alex (of 'Street Fighter III' fame) will be the first DLC character. The game comes with a roster of 16, but there will also be 6 DLC characters in the first year. These characters can be unlocked using earnable fight money or else, real money.
