Can you rocket jump with the best of them?
The first gameplay trailer for 'Quake Champions,' Bethesda's revival of the classic arena shooter announced at this year's E3, was shown at, understandably enough, QuakeCon, giving fans a look at how the classic gameplay looks with today's polished graphics.
At the QuakeCon presentation, id Software studio director Tim Willits noted that the weapon system will stay true to the series, with weapons available only at weapon spawns and on the bodies of fallen enemies. He also said that the game will feature at least 12 player characters available when the game goes into closed beta next year, with three—Ranger, Visor, and Anarki—returning from previous games in the series.
