The company's latest speakers have been revealed.
ELAC has announced the launch of its new Debut 2.0 speaker lineup designed by Andrew Jones. Serving as a successor to the original Debut speaker collection, the new 2.0 series has been redesigned from the ground up for improved performance.
The Debut 2.0 Series includes bookshelf, floorstanding, center channel, Dolby Atmos module, on-wall, and subwoofer models. The speakers feature new silk dome tweeters with a wide-roll surround, a waveguide for improved directivity control, and support for up to a 35,000 Hz response. Likewise, the units also use new woven aramid-fiber woofers for a smoother, extended low-frequency response. New, larger MDF cabinets with a black ash vinyl finish are implemented as well, along with reconfigured bookshelf and center channel designs that move the bass ports to the front for more flexible placement options that are suitable against walls or in bookshelves.
