Coming Soon to Blu-ray: GOTHAM, ISN'T IT ROMANTIC, and More

The final season of Gotham headlines our latest roundup of upcoming Blu-ray releases.

Pre-orders are now available for several upcoming Blu-rays from Warner Bros., Scorpion Releasing, Sony, Universal, Dark Sky Films, Severin Films, Film Movement Classics, Cinedigm, Acron Media, and Unearthed Films.

Here's a full rundown of recently revealed details and title announcements: 

First up, Warner Bros. is bringing Lee H. Katzin's Man from Atlantis starring Victor Buono and Patrick Duffy to Blu-ray on March 12. Supplements have not been announced yet, but the disc will feature a brand new remaster

In addition, the label will release Jack Starrett's Cleopatra Jones starring Tamara Dobson, Bernie Casey, and Brenda Sykes on Blu-ray on March 19. The disc will feature a brand new remaster, and supplements will include:

  • Original Theatrical Trailer

Likewise, Frank Tashlin's The Glass Bottom Boat starring Doris Day, Arthur Godfrey, and Paul Lynde will arrive on March 26. The disc will feature a brand new remaster, and supplements will include:

  • 3 Vintage Featurettes - Catalina Island, Every Girl's Dream, and NASA
  • Cartoon short - "The Dot and The Line" (HD)
  • Theatrical Trailer

Meanwhile, the studio is prepping Gotham: The Complete Fifth and Final Season and Gotham: The Complete Series starring Ben McKenzie, Donal Logue, David Mazouz, Sean Pertwee, and Robin Lord Taylor for Blu-ray on June 11. Supplements have not been announced yet.

And rounding out Warner's upcoming lineup will be Todd Strauss-Schulson's Isn't It Romantic starring Rebel Wilson, Liam Hemsworth, and Adam Divine. Supplements and an exact release date have not been detailed yet, but pre-orders are now live.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Scorpion Releasing has announced plans to release Anthony Harvey's Eagle's Wing starring Martin Sheen, Harvey Keitel, Sam Waterston, Stéphane Audran, John Castle, and Caroline Langrishe on March 19. Supplements will include:

  • New interview with actress Caroline Langrishe

 

Sony is prepping Harold Ramis' Multiplicity starring Michael Keaton and Andie MacDowell on March 26. Supplements have not been detailed.

In addition, the studio will release Roger Young's The Squeeze starring Michael Keaton and Rae Dawn Chong on March 26 as well. Supplements have not been revealed at this time.

Likewise, Taylor Hackford's White Nights starring Mikhail Baryshnikov and Gregory Hines will also hit Blu-ray on March 26. Supplements are not currently listed for the disc.

 

 

 

Universal is set to release NBC's Midnight, Texas: Season Two starring Francois Arnaud and Dylan Bruce on March 26. Supplements have not been detailed at this time.

 

Dark Sky Films is bringing Tim Van Dammen's Mega Time Squad starring Jonny Brugh, Anton Tennet, Morgan Albrecht, and Yoson An to Blu-ray on April 9. Supplements have not been revealed.

 

Severin Films has announced plans to release Al Adamson's Brain of Blood starring Grant Williams and Kent Taylor on April 9. Supplements will include:

  • Memories Of Blood: Interviews With Director Al Adamson, Producer Samuel M. Sherman, Associate Producer J. P. Spohn, Actor Zandor Vorkov, Actor Sean Graver, and Filmmaker Fred Olen Ray
  • Parital Audio Commentary With Producer / Co-Writer Samuel M. Sherman

  • Radio Spot

In addition, the label is prepping Gerardo de Leon's Curse of the Vampires (aka Blood of the Vampires) starring Amalia Fuentes, Romeo Vasquez, and Eddie Garcia for Blu-ray on April 9 as well.  Supplements will include:

  • Cursed Vampire: Interview With Actor Eddie Garcia
  • The Market Of Hemisphere: Interview With Marketing Consultant Samuel M. Sherman
  • Audio Commentary With Philippine Genre Documentarian Andrew Leavold
  • Partial Audio Commentary with Sam Sherman

  • Beast of Blood/Curse of the Vampires radio spot

Likewise, Gerardo de Leon's The Blood Drinkers starring Ronald Remy, Amalia Fuentes, and Eddie Fernandez is also coming to Blu-ray on April 9. Supplements will include:

  • Manong of the Philippines: Interview With Script Supervisor and Gerry De Leon’s AD Dik Trofeo
  • Hemisphere Appreciation by Filmmaker David Decoteau
  • Audio Commentary With Film Historians Nathaniel Thompson and Howard S. Berger

Film Movement Classics is prepping Gérard Corbiau's Farinelli starring Stefano Dionisi, Enrico Lo Verso, and Elsa Zylberstein for Blu-ray on April 23. Supplements will include:

  • Making-Of featurette
  • Farinelli: Nostalgia for a Lost Voice
  • Cast and crew interviews featurette
  • Farinelli: the Birth of a Voice
  • New essay by film critic Kenji Fujishima

 

Cinedigm is bringing David Blair's Mission of Honor starring Iwan Rheon and Milo Gibson to Blu-ray on April 30. Supplements will include:

  • Q&A Session with director David Blair
  • On set with Iwan Rheon, Milo Gibson, Rosie Gray, Stefanie Martini, and Emily Wyatt

 

Acorn Media is set to release Blood: Series 1 starring Adrian Dunbar, Carolina Main, and Diarmuid Noyes on May 28. Supplements have not been detailed yet.

 

Unearthed Films is prepping D.J. Webster's The Dark Side of the Moon starring Robert Sampson and Will Bledsoe for Blu-ray on June 11. Supplements will include:

  • Audio Commentary with producer Paul White and Stephen Biro
  • Interviews with Allen Blumenfield, Stuntman Chuck Borden and FX Artist Chris Biggs
  • Production and dialogue notes
