'Batman: Arkham Knight' Nvidia Video Shows How Good The Game Is Supposed To Look

Batman: Arkham Knight

It might be time to upgrade the ol' graphics card.

Just weeks away from the release of the last of Rocksteady's Batman series, Nvidia has released its own gameplay trailer for 'Batman: Arkham Knight,' showing off all of the neat graphical tricks that can run through Nvidia GameWorks.

One such trick allows for dynamic smoke and fog. If Batman is fighting a group of thugs in a smoky area, the smoke will disperse and swirl around if it is hit with an errant batarang or, say, the body of a recently unconscious villain. Another neat effect is paper debris physics. Hand-to-hand combat in a room filled with money is even more fun when the bills are able to flutter around as the characters exchange blows.

As if getting to drive the Batmobile for the first time weren't enough, imagine be able to peel out and burn rubber as interactive smoke billows out from behind your rear tires.
