Like waiting for a ride in the middle of the desert, Second Sight's new 4K UHD of 'The Hitcher' is finally up for preorder! Featuring Rutger Haurer in his most chilling performance, the film has long been in need of some restoration TLC. Working with director Robert Harmon, Second Sight will deliver this cult classic to 2160p in style!

This 4K UHD restoration and release of The Hitcher from U.K. label Second Sight Films feels like its been a long time coming. Probably because it has! In their quest to get this one perfect, Second Sight delayed the release many times to ensure Robert Harmon's terrifying road epic gets the best release possible.
