'R.B.I. Baseball 14' set to fill the gap left by 'MLB 2K14.'
With the demise of the license-crushing 'MLB 2K' series, Sony's exclusive 'MLB: The Show 14' would appear to be the lone MLB title by default. Not so, says Major League Baseball Advanced Media, which has a new game built on the name of 1980's baseball video greatness, 'R.B.I. Baseball 14.'
Aside from a logo, not much is known about the game. 'R.B.I. Baseball 14' is being billed as coming to current and next-generation consoles and mobiles devices this spring, which hopefully means that the game has been under production for a long time as it takes time and talent to put together a AAA sports title.
News of 'R.B.I. Baseball's revival brought fond memories to our forums, specifically of the NES classic, Konami-made 'Base Wars,' which is not being revived.
