Check out our breakdown of all the references hidden throughout the film's latest trailer.
Warner Bros. has released a new "Dreamer" trailer for Steven Spielberg's Ready Player One. And like all of the previous teasers, this new preview is chock-full of references to 80s and 90s pop culture as the characters enter a virtual world called the OASIS.
But can you spot all of the many Easter eggs hidden throughout? Though there's some obvious shout-outs to a few big movies here and there, only the most dedicated, pop culture educated viewers will be able to catch them all. Check out the new trailer below to see how many you can count, and then scroll down for a breakdown of all the references we managed to spot!
Will Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (00:00) - A version of the song "Pure Imagination" plays at the beginning of the trailer.
The Breakfast Club (00:40) - An avatar that looks an awful lot like Judd Nelson's John Bender can be seen walking toward the bottom right of the frame.
Hello Kitty & Badtz-Maru (00:42) - The popular Sanrio cartoon characters can be seen walking by on the left.
Deadpool (01:07) - What looks like the infamous "Merc with a Mouth" can be seen on the left walking by Parzival.
Last Action Hero (1:29) - A movie theater marquee with Schwarzenegger and his action hero character's name, Jack Slater, are visible on the left.
Back to the Future (1:31) - The iconic DeLorean speeds by for the first time here.
Jurassic Park (1:33) - A T-Rex can be seen chomping on a car.
Bigfoot Monster Truck (1:37) - Though not a specific movie reference, a version of the original monster truck can be seen speeding away from the dinosaur.
Overwatch (1:42) - The game's logo and one of its characters can be seen advertised in the what looks like some kind of virtual lobby in the OASIS.
Halo (1:43) - The Xbox game's logo can also be seen.
The Iron Giant (1:51) - The title character can be seen shooting a laser from his eyes.
Donkey Kong Junior (02:00) - A poster for the Nintendo game can be seen in a girl's room in the real world.
King Kong (02:01) - The giant ape shows up here and he looks pretty angry.
That's all the references we've spotted so far, but we're sure some eagle-eyed fans will be able to spot even more. If you've come across any other references that we missed, let us know in the comments!
