Warner has set an early-February Blu-ray date for the acclaimed crime drama 'A History of Violence.'
Based on the popular graphic novel, the David Cronenberg-directed thriller is set to make its next-gen debut on February 10. (New Line previously released the film as a special edition DVD in 2005.)
Extras for the release include audio commentary with Cronenberg, a "Violence's History" comparison of the U.S. theatrical and International versions of the film, a series of "Acts of Violence" vignettes that take a look at several central scenes in the film, additional footage, and the theatrical trailer.
Tech specs will see a BD-50 dual-layer presentation with 1080p/VC-1 video and English Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround audio.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $28.95.
