VIZIO Adds Spotify to Smart TVs

The music streaming service is now available on select VIZIO smart TVs. 

VIZIO has announced the addition of Spotify to its Internet Apps Plus lineup which includes 2014 M-Series and E-Series TVs. The app is now available on the supported displays under the V.I.A. Plus full screen launcher in the "Featured" section.

Spotify is a popular music streaming service that gives users access to millions of songs including new releases, custom playlists, and personalized recommendations. VIZIO TV owners will need to have Spotify Premium in order to use the app on their TVs. Those that sign-in will be treated to a free 48 hour trial. After that, the service will cost $9.99 per month.

VIZIO's highly rated  M-Series and E-Series Internet Apps Plus smart TVs are available now.
