In an early announcement to retailers, Vinegar Syndrome is preparing 'Psycho Cop Returns' for Blu-ray later this year.

A group of co-workers decide to hold an after-hours bachelor party in their high-rise office tower for one of their own. Unfortunately for them, Psycho Cop overhears their plans to include illegal drugs and hookers.
