'V: The Complete Second Season' Announced for Blu-ray

The second and final season of ABC's recently canceled sci-fi series will invade Blu-ray in October.

In an early announcement to retailers, Warner Brothers has just revealed 'V: The Complete Second Season' will have a Blu-ray release on October 18.

The 2-disc Blu-ray set will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements include: The Arc of the Story: Mining the Human Emotion - V's writers and actors comment on the journey of the second season of V; A Visual Masterpiece for the Small Screen - Featurette on how the cinematic look of the series was created; Deleted Scenes; and a Gag Reel.

Suggested list price for the Blu-ray set is $49.99.
