Tokyo Shock has announced their latest indie import for domestic Blu-ray release, setting a late-March date for 'Ichi the Killer.'
Directed by Takashi Miike, the highly-controversial Asian thriller is notorious for its graphic violence and sadistic storyline. Tokyo Shock will release the film unrated on Blu-ray March 31 (a previous DVD edition was released in 2003).
There are no tech or supplement specs available as of yet, but watch for final details in the days ahead.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $29.95.
