Every episode of the long-running animated series will be available to stream this October.
FX has announced plans to bring 'The Simpsons' online by launching "Simpsons World." The upcoming digital experience will offer streaming options for all 25 seasons and 552 episodes of the beloved show.
The service will let users with an authenticated cable subscriber stream every installment of the series, providing countless hours of "Dohs!" and "Ay carambas!" whenever they want. In addition to the complete library of 'Simpsons' episodes, the digital service will also let viewers create personalized playlists, share clips, learn more about the show's famous characters, and engage in other interactive features. Episodes will be playable through the SimpsonsWorld.com website and through the FXNow app for Android/iOS devices, gaming consoles, smart TVs, and set-top boxes.
FXX will also be hosting a marathon of every episode of the show and 'The Simpsons Movie' for 24 hours a day from August 21 to September 1. "Simpsons World" is set to launch in October.
