'The Experiment (2010)' Blu-ray Announced

Paul Scheuring's ('Prison Break') remake of the 2001 German film will go direct-to-video this September (without passing Go or collecting $200) .

Sony has announced 'The Experiment (2010)' starring Adrien Brody and Forest Whitaker for a Blu-ray release on September 21.

The psychological thriller is about an experiment simulating prison life that goes horribly wrong and also stars Cam Giganet and Maggie Grace.

Specs and supplements haven't been revealed yet, but suggested list price for the 3-disc Blu-ray set will be $30.95.
