'Taps' Announced for Blu-ray

Harold Becker's 1981 drama will salute Blu-ray in May.
In an early announcement to retailers, 20th Century Fox says 'Taps' will be released on Blu-ray on May 3.
The film stars George C. Scott, Timothy Hutton, and Ronny Cox and follows a group of military cadets who take extreme measures to save their academy from local condo developers.
Specs and supplements have yet to be revealed, but suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $24.99.
