David Jung's horror flick is bound for Blu-ray in August. Pre-order it now.
In an early announcement to retailers, Starz/Anchor Bay will be releasing 'The Possession of Michael King' on Blu-ray on August 26.
Documentary filmmaker Michael King (Shane Johnson) doesn't believe in God or the devil. Following the sudden death of his wife, he decides to make his next film about the search for the existence of the supernatural. He also decides to make himself the center of the experiment, allowing demonologists, necromancers and various practitioners of the occult to try the deepest and darkest spells and rituals they can find on him. His hope? When they fail, he'll once and for all have proof that religion, spiritualism and the paranormal are nothing more than myth. But something does happen. An evil and horrifying force takes possession of Michael and will not let go.
Specs and supplements haven't been revealed yet, but the suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $30.99.
