'SoulCalibur' is getting a little taste of everyone's favorite Italian assassin when it his January 31st.
The newest trailer for 'SoulCalibur V' reveals something very interesting about the game. We've already seen plenty of gameplay and we know all about the new systems in place, but today we finally get a glimpse of this version's hidden character.
'Assassin's Creed' fans will be happy to hear that this guest is none other than Ezio Auditore da Firenze, the main character in 'Assassin's Creed II' and the games that followed it up. His appearance is spot on of course, and his move set looks to be really similar to his attacks in the 'Assassin's Creed' games.
As far as guest characters for 'SoulCalibur,' this is one that wins out a bit by making sense. Or making more sense than others. Yoda, Link and Spawn were all cool, but they don't exactly fit in with the look and feel of the game. Ezio, on the other hand, fits in nicely.
You can get your hands on 'SoulCalibur V' and start backstabbing your friends on January 31st. It's available for preorder on Amazon now.
