The system comes packed with 20 classic games and may allow you to add more.
When we heard rumblings of a new NeoGeo handheld system we were skeptical. After all, the system has been dead for quite some time and the NeoGeo Pocket Color – as awesome as it is – didn't exactly break sales records.
As it turns out, a new NeoGeo handheld is coming out after all. It's called the NeoGeo X and it's releasing in the second quarter of this year.
The NeoGeo X will come packed with 20 classic games like 'Metal Slug,' 'Samurai Showdown,' and 'Fatal Fury.' The system also includes an SD card slot, which implies that you might be able to add new games. Or maybe they're just throwing it in to support the community that's going to hack the system to play the rest of their old games.
A price has not yet been set for the NeoGeo X.
