Paramount Bringing 'Event Horizon' to Blu-ray

Paramount has announced a late-December bow for the sci-fi/horror cult favorite 'Event Horizon.'

Marking its first appearance in high-def, Paramount will debut the Paul W.S. Anderson-directed thriller on December 30 (the studio previously released a special edition DVD version in 2006).

There are no tech specs or supplemental details as of yet, but we expect a package comparable to the DVD. We'll keep you posted.

Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $29.99.
