New Line Announces 'John Q' Blu-ray

'John Q' is headed to Blu-ray, with New Line setting an early-April release for the acclaimed medical drama.

Starring Denzel Washington and directed by Nick Cassavates, the $60 million-grossing hit will receive its high-def premiere on April 7.

There are no tech or supplement specs yet, but based on the studios past Blu-ray catalog releases, expect 1080 video and bonus features comparable to the previous DVD version. Stay tuned for further details as soon as they are officially confirmed.

Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $28.95.
