As previously reported, the critically-acclaimed sci-fi thriller was rumored to be getting a high-definition release in late December, but now it seems the official date will be in January.
Sony Pictures will be releasing 'Moon' starring Sam Rockwell and Kevin Spacey on Blu-ray on January 12.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and meaty supplements including: Commentary with Writer/Director Duncan Jones, Director of Photography Gary Shaw, Concept Designer Gavin Rothery and Production Designer Tony Noble; "Whistle" a Short Film by Duncan Jones; Commentary with Writer/Director Duncan Jones and Producer Stuart Fenegan; The Making of Moon; Creating the Visual Effects; Science Center Q&A with Director Duncan Jones; and Filmmaker's Q&A at the Sundance Film Festival.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $37.98.
