A new trailer for the Ant-Man sequel has been revealed.
Marvel and Disney have released the second trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp, offering what looks to be a decidedly lighthearted counterpoint to the comparatively intense stakes of Infinity War. The film comes from director Peyton Reed and is set to hit theaters on July 6.
In the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War, Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to re-balance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he's confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past.

The script comes from writers Chris McKenna, Erik Sommers, Andrew Barrer, Gabriel Ferrari, and Paul Rudd, based on characters created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, and Jack Kirby.
Other recent Marvel films include Anthony Russo and Joe Russo's Avengers: Infinity War which hit theaters on April 27. In addition, the studio is set to release Captain Marvel, the currently untitled fourth Avengers movie, and a sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2019, followed by Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 in 2020.
