'Man of Steel' Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D Pre-orders Live!

Zack Snyder's take on 'Superman' is now up for Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D pre-orders at Amazon!

In an early announcement to retailers, Warner Brothers is preparing 'Man of Steel' (Blu-ray/DVD/Ultraviolet Digital Copy combo pack for Blu-ray sometime in 2013.

A Blu-ray 3D Combo Pack will also be available on the same date.

A young boy learns that he has extraordinary powers and is not of this Earth. As a young man (Henry Cavill), he journeys to discover where he came from and what he was sent here to do. But the hero in him must emerge if he is to save the world from annihilation and become the symbol of hope for all mankind.

Specs, supplements, and release dates have yet to be revealed.

Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $35.99 and the Blu-ray 3D is $44.95. There will also be an action figure gift set for $59.98.
