Baz Luhrmann's modern retelling of the Shakespeare classic will be romancing high-definition this October.
In an early announcement to retailers, 20th Century Fox has announced 'Romeo + Juliet' starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes for a Blu-ray on October 19.
Specs have not been set yet, but supplements will include: Uncut Footage; The Romeo+Juliet: The Music; Filmmaker and Interview Galleries: and the Blu-ray exclusive Shake Up Shakespeare Picture-in-Picture Viewing Mode - With audio commentary by Baz Luhrmann, Catherine Martin, Donald M. McAlpine and Craig Pearce and featuring behind-the-scenes footage and stills; plus BD-Live.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $34.99.
