Hoping to satisfy audiences' seemingly unending appetite for torture and gore, Lionsgate will bring the $85 million-grossing horror hit 'Saw III' to Blu-ray in January.
Due day-and-date with the standard-def DVD release (which will be available in no less than three versions, including one uncut), Lionsgate has not yet revealed if 'Saw III' on Blu-ray will contain the Unrated version or not.
However, we can tell you that street date is January 23, and that the disc will contain at least three audio commentaries with cast and filmmakers and other extras to be announced. And, oh yes, there will be blood.
We'll keep you posted as further details come in, and in the meantime, we've added a new listing for 'Saw III' to our Blu-ray Release Schedule.
